HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER ON THE ZING FLOWERS WEBSITE?
Simply choose the product you'd like to buy, add the recipient’s delivery details, and click send. This will then take you through the checkout process. You can click the 'Continue Shopping' button on the top-right hand side of the page, or progress through the following steps to purchase your cart items.
CAN I MAKE AN ORDER BY CALLING OR EMAILING?
If you'd prefer, you are able to order your flowers by telephone.

Please do not send your payment details by email. Emails can be intercepted as they are not encrypted.
For any customer support queries, you can contact email@example.com. We try to respond to your emails the day we receive them, but sometimes this isn’t possible, particularly during busy periods like Mother’s Day. Please note that our hours for customer services are:
- Weekdays: 8:00AM - 9:00PM
- Saturday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

IF I'M OUTSIDE OF THE UK, CAN I SEND SOMEONE FLOWERS WHO IS IN THE UK?
Yes. You'll just need either a credit card or PayPal account. Most credit cards will be acceptable and we allow purchases through PayPal.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH OR CHEQUE PAYMENTS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash or cheque as a payment method at this time.
AM I ABLE TO SEND FLOWERS ANONYMOUSLY?
Yes. For Data Protection purposes, all of the sender's details are kept anonymous. If you've selected to enclose a card message, you can choose to include your name here to let the recipient know you've sent them flowers.
Important to note: If you don't put your name in the message card field, we will not tell the recipient who the item is from.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ZING FLOWERS ORDER?

Our Customer Services team is available between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and 8am – 2pm on Saturday. We may answer calls outside of these times, but we cannot guarantee it. Please note that we’ll send you an email once we’ve got confirmation that your order has been delivered. If you entered your mobile number during purchase, we’ll also send you a (free) text message with this information.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES?
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you do have any queries or issues with your order, please contact our customer service team and we will replace or refund your order. Please visit our flower delivery page for more information.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
If you order before 12:00pm, we can often provide a same day delivery option – so long as it's within the UK mainland area. This service will cost £7.50.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY ON A CERTAIN DATE?
Yes. With the exception of Sundays and public holidays, unless it is arranged prior.
DOES ZING FLOWERS DELIVER ON A SUNDAY?
Unfortunately not. However, if this is a special delivery, please drop us an email or call our friendly customer service team to discuss some options and how we can help.
CAN I SEND FLOWERS TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS OR HOSPITAL?
Yes. Please ensure that you give full, clear, and accurate details about the recipient and the address.
For hospital deliveries, we’d need full details including; name, ward number and the hospital's address. We’d also recommend getting in touch with the hospital before you order, to make sure that they allow flower and gift deliveries.
Similarly, for business addresses, make sure you include as many delivery details as you can, to ensure it reaches the recipient.
WHAT TIME DO ORDERS ARRIVE?
Between 8:00AM and 6:00PM is our standard delivery hours. Timed delivery is also an option, depending on where you are sending too. You’ll see this option in the checkout if it is available in your region.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME WHEN THE FLOWERS ARE DELIVERED?
If no one is available on the property to collect the delivery, our drivers will try to place the flowers somewhere securely on the property. Otherwise, they will try to leave it with a neighbour.
Whichever option, the courier will leave a card to let the recipient know where the delivery has been left. If we are not able to find a secure place on the property and there are no neighbours around, we may give the recipient a call (if you have provided us with a contact number) – or we'll try call you for your advice.
If we're unsuccessful with any of the above, we'll bring the order back to Zing Flowers and the get in contact with you to arrange a new delivery time.
DO ALL ZING FLOWERS INCLUDE A VASE?
Some of our arrangements come with a vase, which is included in the price. Check the product description and bouquet name to confirm. Alternatively, you can add a vase on the gifts page or in the checkout process.
HOW ARE ZING FLOWERS PACKAGED? Can Arena provide guidance on this and include the messaging that our wrapping is all recyclable?
For local deliveries, our arrangements are beautifully gift-wrapped in paper and cellophane wrap with plain raffia. Most of our products are hand-tied bouquets and come in an aqua-pack of water. For deliveries further afield delivery is carried out by our trusted distribution partner. In this case, the flowers are once again wrapped beautifully and are then put in a large gift box which will protect them in transit.

Here at Zing Flowers, we purchase our flowers directly from the flower auctions in Holland and buy in reasonable volume, so we are able to get better prices on behalf of our customers.
Our blooms only spend a short period of time in our fridge before being delivered as we buy every day rather than once a week like the vast majority of florists. You’re not only getting better value flowers with Zing, but the flowers will have spent far less time travelling - ensuring you receive only the best quality flowers!
