MOTHER’S DAY - NAME A BOUQUET’ COMPETITION, MARCH 2020

RULES

 

  1. The following rules ("Specific Rules") together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at zingflowers.com (the "Competition Terms and Conditions") of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the ‘Mother’s Day, Name a Bouquet’ competition (the "Competition") which will run from 16:30 Wednesday 4thMarch until 23:59pm Tuesday 10thMarch on the Zing Flowers Facebook page.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

 

DETAILS OF THE COMPETITION:

 

  1. To enter the Competition, an entrant must ‘Like’ the Zing Flowers Facebook page, ‘Like’ the competition post, tag one person they’d like to name a bouquet after and comment the reason they are tagging this person. The competition will run from 16:30 Wednesday 4th March until 23:59pm Tuesday 10th March.
  2. One entrant will be selected at random to be the winner by Wednesday 11th If we do not receive a response from the winner within five days of contact, a new winner will be drawn using the same mechanic.
  3. The winner will be notified by private Facebook message. Delivery of the prize to the nominated person will be arranged with the winner at a date suitable to them.
  4. Selection for the competition winner is limited to the first 250 eligible entries received on the competition post. 
  5. By entering this competition, Zing Flowers are entitled to use your comments or pictures in any and all media with no cost to Zing Flowers [and Global].

 

ELIGIBILITY:

 

  1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over. Duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition.
  2. Zing Flowers reserve the right to exclude any entries that include inappropriate content.
  3. Entrants must be able to provide a name, address and contact number to arrange delivery of the prize.
  4. Zing Flowers delivers throughout mainland UK. Zing Flowers currently do not offer a delivery service to a limited number of areas. Please see our flower deliveryinformation for further details.

 

PRIZE:

  1. The tagged person of the winner will have the currently named, ‘Mother’s Day Letterbox Flowers’named after them.
  2. The nominated person will then win this bouquet.
  3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative in whole or in part.
  4. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
