Prezzo & Zing Flowers Mother’s Day Partnership Giveway, March 2022– Specific Rules

  1. 1. The Prezzo & Zing Flowers Mother’s Day Partnership Giveway promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from 12:00 (midday) on Monday 7th March 2022 to 12:00 (midday) on Thursday 24th March 2022. Global is the Promoter.
  2. 2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.


    Details of the Promotion:

To enter the Promotion, you must purchase a product from the Zing Flowers Mothers’ Day Collection between 12:00 (midday) on Monday 7th March 2022 and 12:00 (midday) on Thursday 24th March 2022. The purchase must be ordered for delivery on Friday 25th March, Saturday 26th March or Sunday 27th March 2022. Customers are automatically opted-in to the giveaway by purchasing a product from the Mother’s Day Collection for delivery on the above listed dates.
    2. 4. Per day on the 25th March & 26th March we will randomly generate 33 order numbers and on the 27th March we will randomly generate 34 order numbers from all eligible orders and place a £50 gift card for Prezzo Restaurants into the boxes.



    1. 6. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over and who are based in mainland UK at the time of entry. Zing Flowers deliver throughout mainland UK. Zing Flowers currently do not offer a delivery service to a limited number of areas. Please see Zing Flowers’ flower delivery information for further details:
    2. 7. Only one entry will be allocated per transaction. Duplicate entries will only be permitted with multiple transactions.



    1. 8. The recipient of each of the 100 randomly selected winning orders will receive a £50 gift card for Prezzo Restaurants (the “Card”) in the box with their Mother’s Day product.
    2. 9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
    3. 10. The Card may not be exchanged for cash. The Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, or change card.
    4. 11. The Card can be used at any participating Prezzo restaurant, in conjunction with any valid Prezzo offer and on any items from the menu. No change will be given but the balance of the gift card can be kept for future purchases.
    5. 12. The Card may not be used to pay for food and drink to a higher value than the value stored on the card. Any additional spend over and above the Card value (£50) must be paid for by cash or credit/ debit card.

    8. 15. The Card is valid for 1 year. Once this card expires, any remaining balance will be cancelled and cannot be recredited.
    9. 16. Once the Card expires any remaining balance will be voided and cannot be recredited.
    10. 17. Prezzo and Zing Flowers do not accept responsibility for any Card which is lost, stolen or damaged and it cannot be replaced.
    11. 18. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited) as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.

By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us with their personal data.
    3. 22. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global's  Privacy Policy for more details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing. 
    4. 23. We and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK we will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place. 
    5. 24. We will hold your personal data for a period of up to 3 yearsin order to comply with our regulatory obligations.

You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
