ZING FLOWERS WEBSITE 'CHRISTMAS KINDNESS' COMPETITION

Rules

  1. The following rules ("Specific Rules") together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at zingflowers.com (the "Competition Terms and Conditions") of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the 'Christmas Kindness’ competition (the "Competition") which will run from 3:00pm Thursday 5th December until 11:59pm Wednesday 11th December on the Zing Flowers Facebook page.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

 

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition, an entrant must ‘Like’ the Zing Flowers Facebook page, comment on the competition post with the hashtag ‘#Zingmas, tag a person they’d like to give the second ‘Letterbox Christmas Tree’ to and share the competition post. The competition will run from 3:00pm Thursday 5th December until 11:59pm Wednesday 11th December.
  2. One entrant and the person they tagged in the competition post will be selected at random to be the winners by Thursday 12th December. If we do not receive a response from the winners within five days of contact, a new winner will be drawn using the same mechanic.
  3. The winners will be notified by private Facebook message. Delivery of the prize will be arranged with the winner(s) at a date suitable to them.
  4. Selection for the competition winner is limited to the first 250 eligible entries received on the competition post. 

 

Eligibility:

  1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over. Duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition.
  2. Zing Flowers reserve the right to exclude any entries that include inappropriate content.
  3. Entrants must be able to provide a name, address and contact number to arrange delivery of the prize.
  4. Zing Flowers deliver throughout mainland UK. Zing Flowers currently do not offer a delivery service to a limited number of areas. Please see our flower deliveryinformation for further details.

 

Prize:

  1. The winner and the ‘friend’ of the winner will win one of our ‘Letterbox Christmas Trees’ each.
  2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative in whole or in part.
  3. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
