Zing Flowers Pasta Evangelists Social Giveaway, April 2020

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at zingflowers.com (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Zing Flowers Pasta Evangelists Social Giveaway’ (the “Competition") which will run from 9:00am Monday 27thApril to 11:59pm Monday 11thMay 2020 on the Zing Flowers Facebook page.

 

  1. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

 

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition, an entrant must ‘Like’ the Zing Flowers Facebook page, ‘Like’ the Pasta Evangelists Facebook page, ‘Like’ the competition post and tag one person they’d like to send the prize to. Online entry will open on 9:00am Monday 27thApril and close at 23.59pm on Monday 11thMay 2020.

  2. One entrant will be selected at random to be the winner by Thursday 14thMay 2020. If we do not receive a response from the winner within one day of contact, a new winner will be drawn using the same mechanic.

  3. The winner will be notified by private Facebook message. Delivery of the prize to the nominated person will be arranged with the winner at a date suitable to them.

  4. Selection for the competition winner is limited to the first 250 eligible entries received on the competition post.

  5. By entering this competition, Zing Flowers are entitled to use your comments or pictures in any and all media with no cost to Zing Flowers [and Global].

Eligibility:

  1. Winners must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over at the time the competition ends.

  2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

  3. Entrants must be able to provide a name, address and contact number to arrange delivery of the prize.

  4. Zing Flowers deliver throughout mainland UK. Please see our flower delivery information for further details.

  5. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only in so far as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. 

 

Prize:

The Prize is one Zing Flowers bouquet up to the value of £35, and one Pasta Feasting Box containing three recipes from Pasta Evangelists.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative in whole or in part.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.
