ZING FLOWERS RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS COMPETITION – JAN 2021  RULES

  1. The following rules ("Specific Rules") together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at zingflowers.com (the "Competition Terms and Conditions") of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the Zing Flowers competition (the "Competition") which will run from 09:00 Sunday 17th January  until 12:00pm Sunday 24th January 2021 on the Zing Flowers Facebook page. 
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

DETAILS OF THE COMPETITION: 
  
  1. To enter the Competition, an entrant must ‘Like’ the Zing Flowers Facebook page and tag a friend in the competition post for a chance to win.  
  2. The competition will run from  09:00am Sunday 17th January  until 12:00pm Sunday 24th January 2021 on the Zing Flowers Facebook page. 
  3. One entrant will be selected at random to be the winner by Monday 25th January 2021. If we do not receive a response from the winner within 48 hours of contact, a new winner will be drawn using the same mechanic. 
  4. The winner will be notified by private Facebook message and announced on the competition post. Delivery of the prize will be arranged with the winner at a date suitable to them. 
  5. Selection for the competition winner is limited to the first 250 eligible entries received on the competition post.  
  6. By entering this competition, Zing Flowers are entitled to use your comments or pictures in any and all media with no cost to Zing Flowers [and Global]. 
ELIGIBILITY: 
  
  1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.  
  2. Duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition.  
  3. Zing Flowers reserve the right to exclude any entries that include inappropriate content.  
  4. Entrants must be able to provide a name, address and contact number to arrange delivery of the prize.  
  5. Zing Flowers delivers throughout mainland UK. Zing Flowers currently do not offer a delivery service to a limited number of areas. Please see our flower delivery information for further details. 
PRIZE: 
  
  1. The competition prize includes the following: 1 Kindness bouquet The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative in whole or in part. 
  
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
