ZING FLOWERS WEBSITE CHRISTMAS TREE DECORATION COMPETITION

Rules

 

  1. 1. The following rules ("Specific Rules") together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at zingflowers.com (the "Competition Terms and Conditions") of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the 'Christmas Tree Decoration’ competition (the "Competition") which will run from 12:00pm Thursday 12th December until 11:59pm Wednesday 18th December on the Zing Flowers Facebook page.
  2. 2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

 

Details of the Competition:

  1. 3. To enter the Competition, an entrant must ‘Like’ the Zing Flowers Facebook page, comment with a picture of their most creative Christmas Tree decorations and ‘like’ the competition post. The competition will run from 12:00pm Thursday 12th December until 11:59pm Wednesday 18th December.
  2. 4. One entrant will be selected at random to be the winner by Thursday 19th December. If we do not receive a response from the winner within 24 hours of contact, a new winner will be drawn using the same mechanic.
  3. 5. The winner will be notified by private Facebook message. Delivery of the prize will be arranged with the winner at a date suitable to them.
  4. 6. Selection for the competition winner is limited to the first 250 eligible entries received on the competition post. 
  5. 7. By submitting an image to the Zing Flowers Facebook page, you:
  6. 7.1 warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image; and
  7. 7.2 confirm the grant by you to Zing Flowers [and Global] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the image; so that Zing Flowers [and Global] shall be entitled to use the image in any and all media at no cost to Zing Flowers [and Global] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.
  8. 8. We will exclude any images that are deemed as inappropriate content or violates Facebook’s Community Guidelines. Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to foul language, nudity and illegal images.

 

Eligibility:

  1. 9. Entrants must be 18 years old or over. Duplicate entries will be excluded from the competition.
  2. 10. Zing Flowers reserve the right to exclude any entries that include inappropriate content.
  3. 11. Entrants must be able to provide a name, address and contact number to arrange delivery of the prize.
  4. 12. Zing Flowers deliver throughout mainland UK. Zing Flowers currently do not offer a delivery service to a limited number of areas. Please see our flower deliveryinformation for further details.

 

Prize:

  1. 13. The winner will win one of our ‘Letterbox Christmas Trees’.
  2. 14. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative in whole or in part.
  3. 15. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
